Upload documents, policies, exports, contracts and reports at any time, with guidance on what evidence is expected and a full version history of what supported each assurance decision.
Authorised trust users can compare named schools within the same trust. School-level users see only their own school unless given wider access. Anything outside the trust is anonymised.

AI-assisted, judgement retained
The platform uses AI to summarise uploaded evidence, suggest where an upload belongs, flag likely gaps, propose follow-up questions and draft summaries and next steps, and to answer plain questions such as “what are our top cyber risks?” or “what should the board focus on first?”. Final assurance ratings, maturity scores and governance conclusions always remain with Vector-Ops.
